Potential Difference has been working in partnership with Barkers West, a recruitment advertising agency based in Bristol on a number of digital projects over the last few years.
Solent University is just one of many projects that we have delivered to support Barkers wider campaign. Working from guidelines created by Barkers, PD created a multi media rich CD-ROM publicising the University and its facilities to school leavers. The bar was set high, we had a huge area to cover with the universities curriculum base, local facilities, living quarters and connections with businesses all having to feature. With universities touting for business across the globe it had to talk in many different languages, across cultural differences. Add in the fierce competition that has become commonplace in further education, and we knew this solution had to be dynamite!
The CD–ROM uses a mix of animation sequences of students mixed with video content that showcase the University. The formed CD-ROM was a strong asset to the final media campaign delivered across TV, Radio, Print and online.
